Current Copper Price today, Tuesday February 21, 2012 – Forex
The current price of a tonne of copper showed positive figures after learning positive reports regarding the import of the metal by China as well known on the second rescue plan to ease the crisis in Greece which has a positive effect on the economy Europe.
The current price of a tonne of copper had positive numbers going up to price and settle at $ 8,235.5 compared to $ 8,175 from the previous day (Copper Prices Today Monday, February 20, 2012), price per ton of copper in the London market.
On the other hand the current price per pound of copper showed a negative number to fall 1.62% to price and settle at $ 3.73488 compared to $ 3.7080 the previous day, price per pound of copper in the New York market.
